Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives the name, phone number, or address entered in a search form. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to include and use them only to answer.
Automatic Technical Data
The hosting service records routine log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of access. Aggregated use helps diagnose faults and measure page traffic. Basic analytics and, when used, ad measurement may rely on cookies or similar tools.
What We Do With This Data
Technical data supports site operation, error repair, traffic counts, and page improvements. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Your place of residence may give you rights to see, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Washington's My Health My Data Act, Chapter 19.373 RCW, specifically protects consumer health data; it is not a general deletion law for public name-and-address records. Use the Contact page for data requests to us. We will check contact mail and server logs for responsive data. A request about a King County or Washington public record must go to the agency that keeps it.
Updates to This Policy
Revisions will appear on this page. Continued use after publication of a revision signals acceptance of the new policy.
